Great location near the Duomo. Breakfast was fine, but rooms felt very old and noisy.

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my stay enjoyable! The location is outstanding, just a few steps from the Duomo and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast selection was good, adding a nice start to my day. I appreciated the clean...  

The best part of my stay was the location, just a two-minute walk from the Duomo. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including homemade cakes and hot options like sausage and eggs, which exceeded my expectations. The staff at reception were very helpful, arranging alternative transport to the airport when my ride didn’t show up. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which was compact but met my needs, and the air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable during my stay. However, I noticed the mattress needed replacing, as it felt uneven, and the lift was painfully slow, barely accommodating two people, prompting many to take the stairs instead. The room could also benefit from additional soundproofing, as street noise could be disruptive at times. Overall, a solid choice for a short visit with some areas for improvement.

The bed linens were fresh, but the a/c in my room didn’t work.

What a gem in the heart of the city! An excellent location just steps from the Duomo, with friendly staff who go the extra mile for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delightful, though the dining area can get a bit crowded. Clean, comfortable rooms made it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The Rio is in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the Duomo and conveniently near the Metro. My room was small but impeccably clean with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful, promptly answering all...  

I had a lovely stay with a very adequate breakfast selection, and the air conditioning kept me comfortable through the night. The only downside was the room was quite small and a bit noisy. I'd definitely come back!
